We use specific cuts of pork, natural casings, original Hungarian paprika, fresh garlic,  aromatic black peppercorns, finest herbs, and spices.

The mix of herbs and spices along with the method of preparation gives the pancetta pieces an enjoyable and memorable taste.

In Hungary, each village family has its own - secret - recipe, which is followed during the processing of the pork.
These families, based on this, make sausages, salamis, and other goods throughout the year :)
This recipe includes a special method of cutting and processing the meat. The traditional mixture of pork meat and fat, along with the traditional mixture of herbs and spices. Cooking, smoking, and drying the meat ensures it is perfect to serve.
