Our BBQ sausage product is a remarkably rich and unique taste, added some extra hot Hungarian  paprika.
Our family recipe has developed over several years until the combinations of the spices have given to us this aromatic, rich tasted of our sausages.

Every village family has a secret recipe, which is followed precisely through the entire process.

We hand select specific pork meat, mixed with fatback,  ground and spiced with our special spices, and stuffed into natural casings.

 

Our sausages are a perfect size and thickness for BBQ, rich and fatty texture and flavour will make you an absolutely great party host.

Over the BBQ season, you can put simply on the pan and fry them. On another way, just place on a tray with some potato, onion and apple slices, cover, and bake in the oven at 200 C. You can bake together as a Hungarian way, with our TURI Rice&Liver sausage. This combinate is amazing.

    Contains:  Contains: pork meat (70%), pork fat (29%), peppers, salt, paprika, garlic, herbs, and nutmeg, in natural pork or sheep casing.

  • Fresh products:

    Keep in fridge until use.

    Eat within 3 days. You can place in freezer.

    Frozen products:

    Keep frozen until use. Defrost in the fridge on the previous day.

    Must not freeze back after defrosted!

    After defrosting eat within 3 days.

    Best before 6 months from the package day.

    Instruction: Place on hot grill plate or pan and fry both sides, still nice brown and crispy.

    Other way: Preheat the oven to 200 C. Put the sausages on the tray, cover with foil. Place in the oven. Leave at 200 C for 15 minutes, then bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes, then turn the meats over and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
