We are selling food products, freshly made, with short shelf life, or frozen products.

Orders are available for pick up or delivery (post). 
Pick up for appointment only.

Pick up is free - in our home-based kitchen, address: 16 Nevada Avenue, Pakuranga Heights, Auckland, New Zealand.

Post fees : 
We usually use the NZ Post overnight courier service. According to the NZ Post policy, we cannot guarantee overnight delivery, but we highly recommend that. Our experience is very good with the overnight courier, in 98%  our customers have got in time the parcel.

We send every product in a paper card box, in insulated bags next to icepacks. For the packaging, we cost $7/box.

Courier to Auckland, Delivery Target: Next working day, up to 5 kg  $6,18  
Courier to North Island Delivery Target: Next working day, up to 5 kg:  $16.09, up to 10 kg: $22.95
Courier to South Island, Delivery Target: Next working day, up to 5 kg $28.65, up to 10 kg $48.43 
Rural delivery surcharge $10.00. Delivery target: 3-4 working days

Our cost is according to the NZ Post fees.

Any change in the prices is possible for bigger orders or smaller orders.

After the order, you have a payment obligation, regardless of whether you receive your package in time.

I CAN NOT REFUND A FAILED ORDER.
