In our country, the smoked, marinated pancetta (füstölt pácolt szalonna as fueshtoelt pacholt siloni) is a traditional, well-known delicacy.

Our Smoked, Marinated Pancetta is a hand-cut large part of pork belly - highly seasoned, massage with the spices, and marinated for more than one week. 


After the marinating, the light Manuka wood smoking gives an extra yummy taste for the pancetta.
It can be sliced tissue-thin and ready to eat. And/or simply fry the slices, or used thicker in pasta dishes and other favourite recipes. 

 

The pancetta is absolutely fantastic with fry eggs, omelette, boiled egg, with soft leavened bread on the breakfast table. Try with our smoked smallgoods, sausages.

    Contains: hand-cut selected pork belly, marinated in rich spices and herbs, vegetables stocks. Smoked with Manuka wood chips, in cold smoker.

     

  • Frozen products.

    Keep frozen. Best before 6 months from the package day.

    Defrost in the fridge, at least one day before using. 

    After defrosting do not use after 5 days. 
    Consume cold, it can be sliced tissue-thin and ready to eat. And/or simply fry the slices, or used thicker in pasta dishes and other favourite recipes.
