Dear Customers!


Due to the hard changes in my business life, our award-winning Hungarian smallgoods and Naturally Smoked Cheeses are available during the year limited time.  


 I will no longer participate in regular weekly markets, with the exception of the St. Helliers Markets in January and October. 

ONLY at these select events, you can find my award-winning, naturally smoked cheeses and TURI Hungarian charcuterie, including sausages, salamis, and pancettas. 

I assure you of consistent quality in every bite.

Silver 2024 and Bronze 2024, Bronze 2023 NZ Artisan Award-winning Hot Smoked Sausage, Smoked Salami and Mild Smoked Sausage. 

We use specific cuts of pork, natural casings, original Hungarian paprika, fresh garlic,  aromatic black peppercorns, finest herbs, and spices.

The story behind the products:
We manufacture our products using the finest New Zealand ingredients, according to our 150-year-old traditional Hungarian family recipes.

​In Hungary, each village family has its own secret recipe, which is followed during the processing of the pork.
These families, based on this, make sausages, salamis, and other goods throughout the year :)
This recipe includes a special method of cutting and processing the meat. The traditional mixture of pork meat and fat, along with the traditional mixture of herbs and spices. Cooking, smoking, and drying the meat ensures it is perfect to serve.

The story behind the products:
Hungarian people love smoking offerings, such as meat, fish, vegetables, spices, and, in imparticular, cheeses.

Smoking gives an extra taste to the cheeses and makes cheese lovers very happy.

All products are smoked with the famous New Zealander wood, the Manuka wood chips, with a cold smoking system.
 
Don't miss it, the Manuka wood smoke gives an unbelievable taste.
