  • Mainland product– PARMESAN cheese - 125 gr

    Mainland parmesan cheese grated has a sharp bite and mature, rich flavour. Ideal for adding a bold flavour to your favourite pasta, pizza or salad. It's also fantastic sprinkled on top of roasted vegetables for a tasty topping.

    Ingredients: Milk, Salt, Cultures, Enzymes (Rennet, Lipase). Contains: Milk  

    The manufactured product remains the same apart from being smoked.  

    Smoked with Manuka wood chips, in cold smoker.

  • Ready to eat.

    Consume cold, thinly sliced

    Vacuum sealed package. Keep refrigerated, best before 6 months from the package.

    After opening keep in airtight container. Use by 15 days from the opening.   

    Try for breakfast, with bread or crakers. Put in salad, or eat how you usually eat :)
