2) Those people will be part of the draw, who will submit the fully filled feedback form.

3) Please note with the draw your email address will be subscribed to my email list.
4) The winner names will be public on my site, and they will receive the voucher via email.

5) Any other details/opinions stay personal, I will use them only for my services improvement.
