Traditional Hungarian goulash is a prime example of how a few simple ingredients, cooked properly, can yield an incredible flavor.  Red wine based beef meat, with Hungarian paprika and cooked potato is just yummy. 
 
- Zserbo
This is a layered cake with walnut and apricot jam filling, covered with chocolate. Christmas is just unimaginable without this excellent cake. This dessert was invented by a Swiss born French confectioner (Emil Gerbeaud) who lived and worked in Hungary.
 
- Apple Compote
This simple dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth without the extra calories. Cinnamon and cloves taste makes the compote absolutely delicious.
